Symply Smyles Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Thank you for your order! As a print-on-demand shop, your products are custom-made just for you, which means our process is a bit different from a standard e-commerce store. We appreciate your patience and support of a small, custom business.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are custom-printed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. 

  • Our partners require a processing and production time to create your items. This typically takes 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) before your order is shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may be longer during holiday periods or peak seasons.

2. Shipping Locations & Delivery Times

  • We work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses around the world. Your product's origin and final destination will determine the shipping carrier and delivery time.

  • We primarily ship to the United States from a U.S. warehouse using US Express (USPS).

  • U.S. Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 7-12 business days for your order to be delivered.

  • International Delivery: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back later for updates.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and your shipping address.

  • The final shipping fee is determined by our print-on-demand partner and will be reflected in your total.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and update.

5. Shipping Guarantee & Delays

  • We rely on our fulfillment partner's shipping guarantee. If your total shipping time (from when the package leaves the warehouse) exceeds 30 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. This does not apply to delays caused by incorrect addresses, package being unclaimed, or other issues on the customer's end.

  • Please be aware that shipping times are estimates and delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal volume.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Symply Smyles is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
